Ingredients for one drink:

• 50 ml gin
• 20 ml Rosé Vermouth
• 5 drops of lava salt solution with our lava salt
• 2 drops of Angostura bitters
• Additional lava salt to garnish the glass
• 1 Maraschino cherry for garnish

For the saline solution:

• 3 half teaspoons of our lava salt
• 1/3 cup water

Preparation of the saline solution:

1. Create a 20% salt solution by dissolving the lava salt in the water. Stir until completely dissolved.
2. Pour the solution into a dropper bottle for easier dosing.

Preparation of the Martini:

1. Moisten the rim of a well-chilled martini glass and dip it into the lava salt to create a beautiful salt rim.
2. Combine all martini ingredients in a mixing glass.
3. Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir until the drink is well chilled.
4. Strain into the prepared martini glass.
5. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.

Note: Salt is used here to enhance the flavors of the cocktail, not to make it salty.
